Dr. Goldstein earned his medical degree at McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, and completed his residency in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery at the University of Toronto, Toronto, Ontario. He then completed a fellowship in Clinical Research in Cardiovascular Surgery at Toronto General Hospital, Toronto. Dr. Goldstein is certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
